Clyde Hall Tract

The Hall Tract was protected via fee-simple acquisition in October of 2001. The 50 acre property was funded by the N.C. Clean Water Management Trust Fund as a portion of the Grant’s Creek Project. The bottomland hardwood ecosystem provides an important buffer along 5,200 feet of Grant’s Creek. It also provides a valuable sanctuary for wildlife.
