39.8 acre Conservation Easement
The Rowan County Property was protected via conservation easement in 2001. As a part of theย Grant’s Creek Project, the property provides over one mile of riparian buffer against the adjacentย airport and upland development. It also serves as an important wildlife corridor in a rapidlyย growing section of Rowan County.
