9.33 acre Conservation Easement

The Marsh Property was protected via conservation in 2002. The Marsh Family contributed to the Grant’s Creek Project by placing a restrictive easement on their nearly 1,800 feet of riparian buffer. This property also provides excellent wildlife habitat.
