Paddle Series – The Narrows

Paddle The Narrows into Falls Reservoir to see the dam, waterfall, and caves

Date: Friday, October 27th

Primary Route: Put in at Falls Road and paddle north toward Badin Dam
Put In: At the end of Falls Road, Albemarle NC
Take Out: At the end of Falls Road, Albemarle NC

Times: Meet at 3:30pm and on the water by 4:00pm

Directions: From the Falls Road access, paddle north on the Yadkin River to Badin Dam. There is a waterfall to the right of the dam and caves located nearby. Take the same route back to the Falls Road access.

This will be an exciting evening paddle! We will paddle out to an island and listen to ghost stories around the campfire. Then a twilight paddle back! Headlamps are needed and we will be attaching lights to each boat. It will be a scary good time!
